Ingredients
  1. Fish fillet½ kg
    Spring onion1
    Garlic4 cloves
    Ginger1 medium piece
    Crushed black pepper½ tsp
    Oil2 tbsp
    Lemon juice2 tbsp
    Oyster sauce2 tbsp
    Corn flour2 tbsp
    Honey2 tbsp
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Cut ½ kg fish fillets into large pieces, marinate with salt to taste and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Now put marinated fish into steamer and cook for 6 – 8 minutes.
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 chopped spring onion, 1 medium piece of chopped ginger and 4 cloves of chopped garlic. Sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.
    Now add 2 tbsp oyster sauce, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp honey, salt to taste and ¼ cup water.
    Cook for a few minutes, now thicken sauce with 2 tbsp corn flour paste.
    Arrange steamed chicken pieces in a serving platter, top with prepared sauce. Garnish with onion green and serve hot.
