In pan heat 5 tbsp ghee, add 4 green cardamoms and fry a little.
Now add 1 tsp cloves and 125 gm semolina, fry well till its color is changed.
In another pan put together 1 tbsp ghee, orange pulp and 250 gm sugar.
Cook till sugar syrup thickens, now add fried semolina and mix well.
Cook till mixture thickens. Add 50 gm raisins and orange rind.
Dish it out and serve hot.
