Ingredients
  1. ½ kg spinach
  2. 1/2 cup rnoong dal
  3. 3 tomatoes (chopped)
  4. 1 onion (chopped)
  5. salt to taste
  6. ½ tsp red chilli powder
  7. a little gur
Method
  • This preparation does not require any oil.
  • Wash the spinach and set aside in a pan.
  • Wash the dal and place on the spinach.
  • Cook in a pressure cooker with half a cup of water.
  • When tender, add tomatoes, onion, salt. red chillies and gur.
  • Allow to cook for 3 minutes. Mix well, remove from fire, and serve.
