Ingredients
  1. Beef undercut ½ kg
    Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
    Lemon skin ½ tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Capsicum 1
    Carrot 1
    Salt  to taste
    Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
    Papaya paste 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice a little
Method
  • Cut ½ kg beef undercut into book form, marinate with 2 tbsp papaya paste, ½ tsp lemon skin, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and a little lemon juice.
    Then add in salt to taste and 1 tbsp crushed black pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
    Mix together 1 capsicum cut into juliennes, 1 carrot cut into juliennes, 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp Worchester sauce.
    Put mixture on a beef slice, fold and seal using string.
    Heat a little oil in a pan, shallow fry stuffed beef till golden brown.
    Now remove beef and put in an oven proof dish. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
    Then remove from oven, cut into slices and serve hot.
