Add in 2 cups flour, some salt, and 2 tbsp oil. Mix it and make dough. Grate 2 packets cottage cheese. Boil 2 chicken fillets with 2 black pepper and boil it. Once boiled cut it into pieces. Mix together grated cottage cheese, salt, ½ tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, 1 bunch mint leaves, 8 chopped green chilies and lemon juice. Mix it together. Roll the dough and make chapatti. Put the mixture over it and cover it with the other chappti. Fry it till till it is golden brown and serve.
