Ingredients
  1. Any shape boiled pasta 3 cups
    Capsicum 1 sliced
    Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
    Tomato puree ½ cup
    Ketchup ½ cup
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaped
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Mixed herbs 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Cream ½ cup
    Milk ½ cup
    Mushrooms 4 sliced
    Sweet corn ½ cup
    Olives 4 black 4 green
Method
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok add crushed garlic fry for 2 minutes add boiled pasta with ketchup, tomato puree, milk, cream, vegetables, toss well and remove, serve hot with garlic bread.
