Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown.
Now add chicken breast and fry till its color is changed.
Then add chopped pistachios, cream cheese, celery stick and fruit vinegar. Fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
Add carrot cut into juliennes, salt to taste, crushed black pepper and 3 – 4 tbsp mayonnaise.
Mix well, lastly add boiled pasta and toss till pasta is well coated. Dish it out and serve hot.
