Ingredients
  1. Ingredients:
    1 tin pineapple slices
    1 liter fresh milk
    3 tbsp vanilla custard
    ½ cup sugar
    1 packet strawberry jelly
    1 packet fresh cream
    10 finely chopped almonds
    ½ finely chopped walnuts
Method
  • Dissolve 1 packet of strawberry jelly in warm water and keep in the fridge to let it set. Now beat the fresh cream with very little sugar. In a separate skillet, cook fresh milk, vanilla custard and sugar together. When it starts to thicken, take it off the heat and let it set. Now take an ice-cream cup and pour in a little custard in the bottom, place a pineapple ring over it and then layer with cream, jelly, almonds and a few walnuts. Prepare many such cups and let it chill. Serve chilled.
