Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless10
    Chopped capsicum2
    Chopped green chilies  1cup
    Oil½ cup
    Pineapple cubes1 small tin
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
    Chicken cube flour1 tbsp
    Chopped garlic  6 cloves
    Soya sauce2 tbsp
    White vinegar2 tbsp
    Saltto taste
Method
    1. Wash 2 cups of rice and boil them. Simmer them for 5 minutes. Take some oil in the pan and add in garlic cloves. Fry them till they are golden brown. Then add in chopped capsicum and 10 chicken pieces fry them and add in rice. Add in 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp chicken cube flour and stir fry them  with rice. Add in 1 tin pineapple cubes. In the end add in sesame seed oil and 1 cup chopped green onion. Serve hot.
