Ingredients
  1. 3 cups of Plain Yogurt
  2. 2 cups Whole Milk
  3. Ice Cubes (for chilling)
  4. 1 tsp Salt or 3 tsp. Sugar (depending on preference of sweet or salty lassi)
  5. Cold Water
Method
  • Crush the ice cubes in the blender. Add the curd, milk, water, and salt/sugar. Blend in blender for about 1 minute.
  • Note: Yield: 4 Servings, Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
