Ingredients
  1. Oil3 tbsp
    Beef undercut (sliced)½ kg
    Potatoes2
    Carrot1
    Celery sticks2
    Leek1
    Beef stock1 – 1 ½ cup
    Baby corn3 – 4
    Saltto taste
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Parsley chopped¼ bunch
    Worchester sauce2 tbs
    Roasted flour1 tbsp
    Garlic2 – 3 cloves
Method
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add in 2 – 3 coves of chopped garlic. Sauté till golden brown.
    Now add ½ kg sliced beef and fry till water dries.
    When it color turn to golden brown, add 2 chopped potatoes, 1 chopped carrot, 2 chopped celery stick, 1 chopped leek and 3 – 4 sliced baby corn. Fry it very well.
    Now add salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce and 1 ½ cup beef stock. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 – 15 minutes.
    Remove lid, add 1 tbsp roasted flour, fry well till sauce thicken.
    Dish it out, garnish with chopped parsley and serve with boiled rice.
