1.Peel and cut potatoes in 1 inch cubes.
2.In a covered pan Add water, potatoes, red chili powder, black pepper 3.powder, cumin seeds, salt and vinegar.
4.Cook until water dry.
5.Now add chaat masala and mix lightly.
6.potatoes in wooden sticks.
7.Beat egg in a bowl.
8.Dip sticks in beaten eggs and deep fry until nice golden color.
9.Serve with CHILI GARLIC SAUCE or KETCHUP.
