Ingredients
  1. 2 cup White flour
  2. 2 tsp Oil
  3. 1/4 tsp Salt
  4. 1/8 tsp Yogurt
  5. 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  6. as required Lukewarm water
Method
  • Mix white flour, salt, yogurt, baking soda with luke warm water and knead it till a smooth dough is formed. Leave the dough to rise for 1/2 an hour.
  • Divide the dough in equal portions. Roll out each portion with a rolling pin. Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry the poori till they turn crisp and brown.
