  3. Onion (chopped) 1
  4. Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves
  5. Ginger 1/4 pieces
  6. Green chilli (chopped) 2
  7. Coriander leaves as required
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  13. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  14. Egg 1
  15. Bread crumbs 3/4 cups
  16. Oil for deep frying
  17. Salt to taste

  • METHOD:
  • 1- Jheengy dho kr achi trhan khushk kryn aur food processor main mota mota kr lyn.
  • 2- Ab isy piyaly main nkaal kr baaqi ajzaa shaamil kryn.
  • 3- Is ky baad Aik flat dish main bread crumbs daalyn aur jheengon ky mixture ko balls shakal dyn.
  • 4- Ab in main bread crumbs laga kr cake ky darmiyan segment rakh dyn.
  • 5- Is ky baad inhain garam oil main 2 sy 3 minute fry kr ky serve kryn.
