Take half from the 1kg milk and keep it to boil. When it comes to boil add in 1 cup sugar and 2 tbsp custard powder (dissolved in ½ cup ) and cool it. Make 1 packet jelly. Then blend remaining milk, custard, ½ cup cream and ½ tsp vanilla essence in a blender for 2 minutes. In the end, pour it in the jug and garnish it with almonds, pistachio, jelly and 1 liter qulfa ice cream.
