Rasmalai Recipe

Ingredients
  1. Dry milk powder 2 cups
  2. Baking powder 2 tsp
  3. All purpose flour 1 tsp
  4. Ghee 2 tbsp
  5. Egg 2
  6. Milk 2
  7. Sugar 2 cups
  8. Green cardamom 8-10
  9. Pstachio as required
Method
  • 1. Bring boil in milk add cardamom and sugar.
  • 2. Cook milk for 5-10 minutes.
  • 3. In a bowl put milk powder, plain flour and melted ghee and knead with beaten eggs and make soft medium dough.
  • 4. Make small balls and add into milk cook on hight flame and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Then lowr the flame cook it for 10-15 minutes.
  • 6. Garnish with pistachio and serve chilled.

Rasmalai can be ready in approximately few Minutes and good to serve many people.I cooked this last Saturday on my guests and love the taste, its soft enough,Its really easy to cook this homemade lab-e-shireen I try many recipes and found this recipes is quit easy.

I can not believe it, all those comments and none actually talk about this recipe, if it turned out good as written or not? Any suggestions for which dry milk to use? People comments are supposed to be about the recipe , not that you happen to like ras malai.

I also tried this Rasmalai but I am failing to make it well because when I putted the balls in the hot milk, it all got melted in the milk that's why I browse this Web page to check the right way, next time I will make the rasmalai by this recipe.
