  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Whole Coriander 1 tsp
  6. Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  7. Garlic cloves 6
  8. Ginger 1 piece
  9. Green chillies 2
  10. Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  11. Yogurt 250 gm
  12. Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  13. All spices 1 tsp
  14. Oil 1/2 cup
  15. Curry leaves 6
Method
  • METHOD:
  • 1- Paani main gol mirch, zeera, saunf, saabit dhaniya, lehsun ky jawy aur adrak ko bhigho dyn aur lemon juice daal kr pees lyn.
  • 2- Ab oil main pisa masala, curry patty, pisy tamatar aur dahi shaamil kr ky achi trhan bhoon lyn.
  • 3- Jab khushk hojaye to 2 glass paani daalyn aur ubaalyn aur ubaal aany pr machli ky tukry daal dyn.
  • 4- Is ky baad pisa garam masala, hari mirch aur hara dhaniya daal kr cholha band kr dyn.
