Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp crushed red chili, ½ tsp turmeric, and ½ kg tomatoes. Also add ½ cup water and cook covered for 5 minutes till tomatoes are tender. Now add 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup peas, 1 cup diced carrots, 1 cup chopped capsicum and 1 cup chopped potatoes. Mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes till all vegetables tender. Lastly add 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ bunch fresh coriander, and green chilies. Turn the flame off and serve hot.
