Ingredients
  1. Flour½ cup
    Semolina¾ cup
    Turmeric powder½ tsp
    Baking powder1tsp
    Salt¼ tsp
    Butter½ cup
    Sugar¾ cup
    Eggs2
    Curd½ cup
    Almonds2 tbsp
    Raisins 2 tbsp
    White sesame seeds2 tsp
Method
  • Preheat oven at 180 degrees
    Mix ½ cup flour, 3/4 cup semolina, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp baking powder, 2tbsp raisin and1/4 tsp salt in a bowl.
    Beat ½ cup butter and ¾ sugar in a bowl.
    Add also  2 eggs and ½ cup curd.
    Put flour mixture in above fold and place in baking mould.
    Sprinkle 2 tsp of white sesame seed over it with 2 tbsp almonds.
    Keep in oven to bake for 20-25 min
