Ingredients
  1. fettuccine 500 g
  2. Spicy seafood sauce:-
  3. Solive oil 1tbsp
  4. Onion 1
  5. Red pepper
  6. Clove garlic 1
  7. Red chilli, seeded and finly chopped 1
  8. Cumin ½ tsp
  9. Ground coriander ½ tbsp
  10. Canned tomatoes 14 oz
  11. Undrained and mashed
  12. White wine ¼ cup
  13. Tomato paste 1tbsp
  14. Calamari, cut into ring 155 g
  15. Cleaned fresh mussels in shells 155 g
  16. Uncooked large prawns, 500 gram
  17. Chopped 4tbsp
  18. Black pepper to taste
Method
  • To make sauces heat oil in large saucepan and cook onion, red pepper garlic, chilli, cumin and ground coriander for 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add tomatoes wine and tomato paste and cook over a medium heat for 30 minutes longer or until sauce reduce and thickens
  • add calamari to sauce and cook for 5 minute or until just tender . add mussels and prawns and cook for 4 minutes longer mix in 2 tablespoon fresh coriander. Taste with black pepper
  • Cook fettuccine in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction, Drain the spoon sauce over fettuccine and sprinkle with remaining fresh coriander. Serve
