Ingredients
  1. sponge cake, cut in cubes 1
  2. fruit cocktail 1 tin
  3. Syrup of the fruit tin
  4. Strawberry jam
  5. banana jelly, dissolved in 1 cup water 1 packet
  6. raspberry jelly, dissolved in 1 cup water 1 packet
  7. strawberry jelly, dissolved in 1 cup water 1 packet
  8. orange jelly, dissolved in 1 cup water 1 packet
  9. Vanilla custard powder 3 tbsp
  10. vanilla essence 1 tsp
  11. milk 2 cups
  12. sugar 3-4 tbsp
  13. cream, to decorate 2 packets
  14. icing sugar 2 tbsp
Method
  • In a deep bowl, lay the cubed sponge cake pieces.
  • Sandwiched with strawberry jam, moisten with fruit syrup.
  • Add the fruits, cubed jelly pieces and top with vanilla custard,
  • Let chill and then top with cream, mixed with 2 tbsp icing sugar and jelly cut in shapes with a cookie cutter.
