Ingredients
  1. 1) Maple Lodge Farms Ground Chicken 1 lb / 500 g
  2. 2) light sour cream 1/4 cup / 50 ml
  3. 3) salt 1/2 tsp / 2 ml
  4. 4) pepper 1/4 tsp / 1 ml
  5. 5) flour 1/3 cup / 75 ml
  6. 6) egg 1
  7. 7) sesame seeds 1/2 cup / 125 ml
  8. 8) paprika 2 tsp / 10 ml
  9. 9) melted butter 1/4 cup / 50 ml
Method
  • 1. Combine ground chicken, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • 2. shape (with wet hands) into 1 inch (2.5cm) balls.
  • 3. Dust lightly with 1 tbsp (15 ml) of water.
  • 4. Combine remaining flour, sesame seeds and paprika.
  • 5. Dip chicken balls into the egg mixture then into the sesame mixture.
  • 6. Place onto a greased baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
  • 7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
