Ingredients
  1. Chopped garlic 2 tsp
    Dry red round chilies 4-5
    Carrot 1
    Green onions 2
    Green capsicum               1
    Cauliflower florets ½ cup
    Basmati rice 2 cups
    Soya sauce2 tbsp
    Chili sauce2 tbsp
    Salt½ tsp
    Oil3 tbsp
    Green onions ½ cup
Method
  • Boil and strain 2 cups of basmati rice.
    Now   put 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté 2 tsp of garlic and 4-5 dry red round chilies.
    Add 1 carrot, 2 green onions, 1 green capsicum, and 1/2 cup cauliflower florets and let it fry on high flame for 3 to 4 min.
    Then add boiled rice, 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of red chili sauce, 1/2 tsp of salt and fry more for few min.
    Delicious Szechuan fried stir rice is ready to serve.
