Ingredients
  1. Beef trotters 1-2
    Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
    Garlic     4-5 cloves
    Ginger  1 inch
    Onion    2
    Yogurt   ½ cup
    Badyaan flower                2
    Paya Maslaa       3 tbsp
    Oil / clarified butter½ cup
    Saltto taste
    For serving:
    Green corianderas required
    Green chiliesas required
    Lemon slicesas required
    Onion (brown)½ cup
Method
  • Clean and wash the trotters and add it in the pan. Add onion and chopped ginger garlic. Add in some water and cook it on high flame.
