Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince. Fry well till water dries.
Now add 1 chopped onion, 125 gm yogurt, 1 packet of shan shami kabab masala, 3 boiled chopped tomatoes and ½ cup water.
Cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
Now remove the lid, add 1 cup boiled peas, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Fry well till water dries. Dish it out and serve.
