Ingredients
  1. Mutton 1 kg
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp cumin powder
    1 tbsp coriander seeds
    2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    2 onions
    2 tbsp vinegar
    2 ¼ cups water
    Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
    Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
    1 cup oil
Method
  • Cook the meat with 2 cups of water and salt, chili powder, cumin, vinegar, coriander, 2 chopped onions and ginger garlic paste when tender add 1 cup oil.
     Let it cook well until the ghee starts coming out.
    Add fennel seeds, crushed red chilies, add ¼ cup of water.
    Keep it on the stove for few mins.
    Sindhi gosht is ready to serve.
