Ingredients

two cup soji- half cup maida- one condence milk cane one egg -two cup suger-half tsp baking powder-one tab cooking oil.

Method

sub se pehle two cup suger mein one cup water dal ker sheera banalen pinch of orange colour miladen set aside. then baking pan mein sooji condence milk maida baking powder oil egg pent ker milaker jammaden level kerden or 350 oven mein 25 minutes tak bake karen phir oven se nikal ker grum per shhera dal ker atraaf se folk se hata ker sheera juzb karen. phir squares cut kerden its a tasty dish.its like a arabic sweet busbasa per oos mein coconut bhi dalte hein is mein coconut nahi dalte.baking pan 9by 9 ho square ho.
