Ingredients
  1. Onion sliced 1
  2. Red capsicum 1
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Egg 2
  5. Green chilies chopped 3
  6. Boiled bean 125 gm
  7. Boiled peas ½ cup
  8. Garlic 3 – 4 cloves
  9. Ginger chopped 1 piece
  10. Rice 300 gm
  11. Prawns 300 gm
  12. Black pepper 1 tsp
  13. Lemon skin 1 tsp
  14. Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  15. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  16. Worchester shire sauce 2 tbsp
  17. Oil 3 tbsp
  18. Salt to taste
Method
  • Boil 300 gm rice and keep aside.
  • Cut 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 125 gm green beans, 3 green chilies and 1 carrot into juliennes.
  • In a wok heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 piece of chopped ginger and 3 – 4 cloves of garlic. Fry well till golden brown.
  • Now add 300 gm prawns, fry well till its color turn to white. Now add all the sliced vegetables.
  • Also add ½ cup boiled peas and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Add in 2 beaten eggs.
  • Now add 300 gm boiled rice, salt to taste, 2 tbsp Worchester shire sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
  • Mix well and dish it out. Serve hot.
