Ingredients
  1. 4 fish steaks or fillets (use any firm-fleshed type) 4 teaspoons turmeric powder
  2. 2 teaspoons chilli powder
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Vinegar
  5. Oil for frying
Method
  • Wash and dry the fish. Mix turmeric, chilli powder and salt with a little vinegar to make a paste. Rub the paste into both sides of the fish. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until cooked.
  • Note: Preparation time 5 minutes, Cooking time 10 minutes, To serve 4
