  1. Rice 2 cups
    Chopped carrots 2
    Chopped capsicum 2
    Chopped green chilies 6
    Eggs 3
    Oil ½ cup
    Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
    Brown sugar 1 tsp
    Yellow food color as required
    Red chili flakes 1 tsp
    Soya sauce 2 tbsp
    White vinegar 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Mushroom (slice) 1 tin
    Chopped green onion 1 cup
    Chopped garlic 4
  • Wash and soak 2 cups of rice and boil them along with 1 tbsp white vinegar and salt. Boil them for 5 minutes and drain the water. Take some oil in the pan, add in chopped garlic and fry it till golden brown. Add in some yellow food color in the eggs along with 1 tsp red chili flakes. Beat them and keep on moving the spoon quickly. When  the egg it fried cut it into pieces and keep it aside. Stir fry chopped carrot, capsicum  and mushrooms, add in 1 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tsp brown sugar. Add in the rice and mix everything add in 1 tsp sesame seed oil. Dish it out and serve.
