Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless breast 2
  2. Cabbage 2 cup sliced
  3. Onion 1 sliced
  4. Carrots 1 cup thinly sliced
  5. Capsicum 1 sliced
  6. Green onion leaves 1/2 cup
  7. Beans sprouts 1/2 cup
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. White pepper 1/2 tsp
  10. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  11. Ketchup 2 tbsp
  12. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  13. Spring roll wrappers 2 dozen
  14. Oil 2 tbsp
  15. Oil for frying
Method
  • 1.Heat up oil in a pan and fry onions.
  • 2.Add chicken breast and fry for 5 minutes.
  • 3.Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green onion leaves, beans sprouts, salt, white pepper, soya sauce, ketchup and vinegar.
  • 4.Mix well and cook for 5 minutes at high flame.
  • 5.Spread this mixture on a strainer to drain all excess oil and water.
  • 6.Fill this mixture in spring roll wrappers once its cold.
  • 7.Spread flour mixture on the corner of spring rolls to bind them.
  • 8.Deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden and crisp.

I want to prepare spring role in the upcoming ramazan but in this month there is no beans and carrot so can i use any other stuff for filling?

Fantastic!! Made it accurately as per recipe stated and it was yummy! Served it warm with tomato ketchup. I only fried them for five minutes but that was still too long. They turned out quite tough but the taste of those great Spring Rolls. Will be making this again and again
