Ingredients
  1. For Dough:
    Flour ½ kg
    Egg 1
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    Baking Powder 1/3 tsp
    Salt to taste
    For Filling:
    Eggs 4
    Onion 1
    Garlic 4-5 cloves
    Mozzarella cheese 1 gm
    Red chili powder  1 tsp
    Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
    Oil / clarified butter as required
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Take ½ kg flour, egg, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/3 tsp baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and knit the dough. To prepare filling, take 1 onion, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 100 gm mozzarella cheese, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp crushed black pepper and some salt in a mixing bowl and mix everything. Roll the dough and put the filling in it and wrap the edges with the help of egg. Brush it with egg and fry it in vey little oil.
