Ingredients
  1. ½ kilogram Mushrooms (with stalks removed)
  2. 4 tbsp. Olive Oil or Salad Oil
  3. 2 tbsp. Vinegar (Sirka)
  4. 1 tsp. Garlic (Lehsan) (chopped)
  5. 1 tsp. Oregano
  6. Salt (to taste)
  7. Fresh Ground Peppers (to taste)
  8. For Filling:
  9. 2 tbsp. Roasted Nuts (chopped)
  10. 1 tbsp. Garden Herbs (shredded)
  11. 2 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (seeded & chopped)
  12. 1 tbsp. Pickled Onions (chopped)
  13. 3 tbsp. Bread Crumbs (Fresh Whole Wheat)
  14. Mushroom Liquid (to bind)
Method
  • Put mushrooms in a bowl or dish; set aside. Seperately in a bowl whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano and seasoning.
  • Pour the mixture over mushrooms. Cover and chill overnight. Serve the next day.
