Suji Ka Halwa Recipe

1.Semolina 1/2 cup
2.Ghee 1 cup
4.Milk 2 cups
5.Cardamom 1/2 tsp
6.Zarda color a pinch
7.Sugar 3/4 cup
8.Coconut for garnish
9.Almond for garnih
1. Heat oil in a pan add semolina fry it .
2. In a blender put milk ,egg ,cardamom powder,zarda color ,sugar and blend it.
3. Put blended mixture semolina cook it till semolina left corners of pan and oil can be visible.
4. Roast peeled almonds in ghee.
5. Dishout halwa, garnish with almonds and grated coconut.
6. Serve hot/warm.
