  1. 1.Vermicelli_half kg
  2. 2.Saffaron_2 mashay
  3. 3.Pistachio_1 tola
  4. 4.Ghee_50 grams
  5. 5.Suagr_250 grams
  6. 6.Condensed milk_125 grams
  7. 7.Milk_375 ml
Method
  • 1.Strain the sweetner of sugar after preparation.
  • 2.Strain the vermicelli after boiling into separate water.
  • 3.Fry the condensed milk into ghee.
  • 4.Now add the fried condensed milk into sweetner and mix with the spoon
  • and draw the boiler.
  • 5.Now add saffaron and milk into a separate boiler.
  • 6.When the milk is dried add vermicelli
  • and add condensed milk, sweetner and vermicelli slowly. And place to heat and draw it after a while and sprinkle
  • pistachio on it.
