Ingredients
  1. Sweet corn 1 tin
    Lemons 4
    Capsicum 3
    Bean sprouts 250 gm
    White pepper 1 tsp
    Sugar ½ tbsp
    White vinegar 2 tbsp
    Raisins 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Mix together sweet corn, bean sprouts and capsicum. Refrigerate it. Then add in lemon juice, white vinegar, ½ tbsp sugar, salt, 1 tsp white pepper and 2 tbsp raisins. Mix it and serve.
