Heat 4 tbsp oil in pan, add 1 cup corn, 1 cup capsicum and 250 gm chopped spring onion leaves. Fry for 1 minute. Now add 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp soya sauce. Also add ½ kg boiled rice and mix well. Spread a pinch of yellow color on top. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
