In a mixing bowl whisk 3 eggs with a beater. Whisk in 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup milk. Now put the cake mix and fold the mixture.
Grease a microwave proof dish and pour the batter into it. Bake in the microwave at 100 for 10 minutes.
Remove the tray allow to cool for 5 minutes. Now remove the sponge from the mould. In a separate bowl beat together the cream and sugar, spread the mixture onto the sponge. Roll the sponge cut into slices and serve.
