Ingredients
  1. 1) Chicken(diced) 8 oz
  2. 2) Shrimp 1 lb
  3. 3) Scallions(chopped) 6
  4. 4) Cilantro(chopped) 1/3 c
  5. 5) Juice of Lime 1
  6. 6) Lemon 1
  7. 7) Lemon Grass 2 stalks
  8. 8) Ginger 2 slices
  9. 9) Straw Mushrooms 1 can
  10. 10) Garlic Cloves 2
  11. 11) Red Chilli(chopped) 2
  12. 12) Chilli Powder 3 tsp
  13. 13) Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
  • 1. Combine all the ingredients except chicken, chopped onions, chopped cilantro and lime juice and bring to a boil.
  • 2. Let it simmer for a few minutes and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3. Bring to a boil again. Allow it to boil for a few minutes and serve immediatly.
