Ingredients
  1. 1) Tomatoes 1 kg
  2. 2) Cinnamon 2 sticks
  3. 3) Cardamoms 2-3
  4. 4) Slices of bread (cut into cubes) 4
  5. 5) Corn flour (dissolved in water) 2 tbsp
  6. 6) Chicken stock 1 cup
  7. 7) Chinese salt 1 tsp
  8. 8) Chili sauce 1 tsp
  9. 9) Soya sauce 1 tsp
  10. 10) Oil 2 tsp
  11. 11) Salt and pepper to taste
Method
  • 1. Boil tomatoes with a cup of water along with cinnamon and cardamoms until soft.
  • 2. Blend in a food processor and transfer the mixture in a pan and add seasoning, corn flour and chicken stock.
  • 3. Bring to a boil until it becomes thick.
  • 4. Fry bread pieces in oil and serve hot with fried bread.
