Ingredients
  1. Tortellini 500 g
  2. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  3. Parmesan cheese 125 g
  4. Butter 2 oz
  5. Pinch butmeg
  6. Parsley, chopped 30 g
  7. Black pepper
Method
  • • Place tortellini and olive in a large saucepan of boiling water and cook following packet direction. Drain and place in a large serving bowl
  • • Top tortellini paremesan cheese butter, nutmeg, parsley and black pepper to taste. Toss to combine and serve.
