Ingredients
  1. Tuna, drained16 oz
    Milk300 ml
    Flour3 tbsp
    Butter2 oz
    Eggs, separated2
    Cream4 oz
    Gelatin2 tbsp
    Water¼ cup
    Lemon (Juice)1
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Mustard paste½ tsp
    Tabasco saucefew drops
    Ketchup2 tbsp
    Olives, to garnish5-6
    Lettuce to garnish
    Egg, boiled to garnish1
Method
    1. Melt butter, add flour stir in milk, when cool, add in yolks, add in ketchup, salt, pepper, mustard, Tabasco, mix gelatin with warm water and let cool, mix in cream and all the other ingredients, lastly fold in the beaten egg whites, pour in a greased mould and let freeze till set.
      Unmold on a bed of lettuce and garnish with olives and boiled egg slices.
