Heat 100 gm butter in a pan, add 4 cloves of chopped garlic and fry well.
Now add ½ kg chicken cubes and slightly fry.
Add 2 cup water, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt and ½ bunch of chopped parsley.
Now add 2 cup boiled rice and cook till water dries.
Dish it out, top with 1 tin chopped mushroom. Also spread ½ packet of grated mozzarella cheese and ½ packet of grated cheddar cheese.
Lastly bake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
