Ingredients
  1. Butter50 g
    Flour 25 g
    Veal escalope500 g
    Mushrooms8
    Stock½ cup
    Cream250 g
    Lemons2
    Saltto taste
    Pepperto taste
    Chicken powder6 packets
Method
  • Melt 50 grams of butter in a pan and fry 500 grams of escalope
    Now add 25 grams flour, 250 grams cream, 1/2 cup stock ,6 packet of chicken powder ,salt ,black pepper and 2 lemon .
    Then top with mushrooms and serve.
