Ingredients
  1. • 3 ripe mangoes or
  2. • 1 X 32 oz. can of mangoes
  3. • ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
  4. • oil or ghee for frying
  5. • 2 green chillis
  6. • 2 cloves garlic
  7. • 2 cartons yoghurt
  8. • salt to taste
  9. • pinch of sugar
Method
  • Peel the fresh mangoes, chop coarsely and set aside. If using canned ones, drain. Fry the mustard seeds in a little oil or ghee until they begin to splutter. Finely mince the green chilies and garlic and add to the mangoes along with the mustard seeds, yoghurt, salt and sugar.
