Ingredients
  1. Mixed colored spiral pasta
  2. Yogurt Herbs sauce
  3. Butter 15g
  4. Onion 1
  5. Garlic 1clove
  6. Flour 2
  7. Vegetable stock ½ cup
  8. Natural yogurt 1 cup
  9. Finally chopped 2 tbsp
  10. Parsley
  11. Fresh basil 2 tbsp
  12. Snipped fresh chives 2 tbsp
  13. Black pepper
Method
  • • Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction drain, set aside and keep warm
  • • To make sauce, melt butter in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic over a medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in flour and stock and cook, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes longer or until sauce boil
  • • Remove pan from heat stir in yogurt and cook over a low heat 2-3 minutes longer. Mix in parsley, basil and chives and season to taste with black pepper.
  • • Spoon sauce over pasta and serve
