Ingredients
  1. 1 cup chilled yogurt
    1 tbsp tahina sauce
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    2 tbsp juice of lemon
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    ½ tsp salt
Method
  • Hang yogurt in malmal cloth to let the excess water drain for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Then beat the yogurt properly and add tahina sauce, crushed garlic, juice of lemon, chopped parsely and salt in it. Mix and serve with green chilli falafel.
