1.Wash chicken then mark some cuts on it.
2.mix all the ingredients (except milk and saffron)make a paste of them after that put that paste in chicken and marinate it for atleast 1/2 hr take a large pan
3.put chicken in it
5.then cook it till then chicken tenders n its water dries.
6.when chicken is cooked then take it out n in the last deep fry the chicken or just bake it for sometime to get the brown colour like chargha.
7.last but not the least mix saffron n milk
8.sprinkle it on the hot chicken
9.cut tomato n onion in ring shape for garnishing of chicken serve it with chill raita.
