PARTITION 1947

Before partition We all were Indians and remained as such till midnight of 1947. But still are human beings besides being Pakistanis and Indians. Muslim, Hindus or Sikhs.

Looking from mentality of Hindus from any angle, partition of India was not bad but its execution was worse and made in slipshod manner by Redcliff and Mountbatton. My village is Dhak Janjua shortly called Dhak Tehsil Khushab the then District Shahpur (Sargodha) now District Khushab. In my village there was Dharmshala. Karam Chand Family were neighbours next to my house. There were 12 Hindus Families but all remained saved and were reportedly safely shifted to Sargodha camp at Air Base Sargodha by my Grandfather Retd Inspector Police and Sarbrah Lumberdar of Village Dhak namely Raja Muhammad Bukhsh Janjua and my Anunt's son maternal grandson of my parental grandfather) namely Lumberdar Muhammad Akram died in 1974 and his Uncle Bhai Khan father of Raja Khaliq Dad {both Raja Haji(later became) Muhmmad Akram Lumberdar , as i heard from elders. Before partition the said Karam Chand who was sahookar (Money Lender in my village) shifted to Chak 98/12-L Near Iqbal Nagar Mian Channu the then District Sahiwal or Multan. However a brilliant Sikh leader Master Tara Sindh of District Rawalpindi in Feb 1947 perhaps in the love of Punjab or on behest of Congress leaders could not overcome his sentiments and he torn the Flag of then perspective Pakistan (which came into being on 14 August 1947 which resulted in tension between Sikhs and Muslims. But natives of Rawalpindi , Khushab, Sargodha, and areas under influence of then then Prime Minister of Punjab (till 1945) Malik Khizer Hayat Tiwana migratees safely went to Sargodha. We should no bury the hatched once for all and learn to live with peace again like two nations. Quaid-e-Azam offered Baldeve Singh and other leaders of Akli dal to join Pakistan or atleast obtain Sikhs State from Amritsar to Dehli but Sikhs were under influnce of Hindus who never gave them status of a nation or religion uptill now as per Constitution of India. The Sikhs are being killed in India since then. The worst example of this episode was preplanned genocide of sikhs in the history of the world was in 1984 and thereafter it still continues. LIke freedom fighters of Kashmir. Systematic massacres of Muslims was conduced and executed by our own Punjab namely Mohan Singh who hales from Sialkot get commission in British Army promoted as Captain and thereafter became Prisoner of war of Japan and under leadership of Chander Boss he was prominent in Indian National Army in Singapore. Later on the said Army surrendered and British conducted Court martial and this so called Punjabi who was also an educated and trained Army perosonnel remained an instrumental in the hands of Mahraja of Patiala who acted as one of the butchers of mankind. In Pakistan particularly in Punjab the organized attacks were made upon non-muslims by Tribal area persons and Afghanis. I have heard and watched various interviews of older refugees who never made complaints of their neughbourers of haling from the same cities. The than Minister for Defence India Baldave Singh organized those massacres with the active participation of Maharaja of Patiala and our Sialkoti Sikh Mohan Singh. When the war begins then all become equally responsible. The Muslims of Punjab cannot also absolve themselves from those brutal killings. Thinks for a while before midnight of 14.8.1947 we were all Indian nationals and on 15.8.1947 we were Pakistanis. Quaid-e-Azam and other Muslim Leaders played a pivotal role in creation of our homeland Pakistan but Hindus leaders were equally responsible for their prejudices against Muslim brotherhood (minority to the extent of 25%). The Sikhs are also in minority. Big brother always sacrifice in our two societies. But Hindu Banya is also not in love with the Cow as they sell and export beaf (cows flash) to various foreign countries. It is a matter of record, but we eat it. So far as the prejudices of Hindus are concerned, regarding Muslim Regime for hundreds of years in India. Sorry for it, the kings are never Hindus and Muslims or Sikhs , they are Kings. What did those kings for ordinary Hindus or Muslims or Sikhs a religion came into being almost 5-1/2 centuries ago. The majority of people like Rajput Janjuas and other Rajput later embraced Islam. We Rajput are all natives like other Rajput living in India. But Kings were either Afghanis, Persians, Turkish i.e. Mughal , Suris, Duranis, etc. etc. Even Mehmood Ghaznavi was also a looter. Hindus should know that Pakistanis are a nation and are bound to sacrifice their lives on their country. It is not an easy prey vice versa the Hindus and Sikhs as well. The only solution is to live with peace and harmony our elders had been living for centuries. When you cannot bear visit of a friend of Imran Khan namely Novjit Singh Sadhu , having personal love and affection with his friend how you would controvert or negate the two nation theory. Salute to all those who adversely affected whether they were Hindus, Sikhs or Muslim or from any other community hats off for them. May Allah Almighty bless them all time to come. likewise Allah may also punish all those who with mala fide intention and ulterior motives looted , disrespected mothers, sisters and womenfolk from any side and also committed murder of their fellows countrymen whosoever he might be and reward them all those who saved their countrymen {as it was a time when we all were Indians}.
