LOCKDOWN AND ROLE OF ADMINISTRATION

Lockdown is essential step to adopt preventive measure from pandemic (coronavirus). The objective of lockdown is reducing social distancing. On the other hand, lack of surgical instruments and protective kits (facilities) in all hospitals in Pakistan. All the developed states may provide privileges to their people. They are well plan and organized. In opposite case in Pakistan i.e lack of planning, organizing of staff, directive and controlling are the major problems. There are some factors of fall down of Administration in Pakistan. The entire administration is like a pillar. There are four parts of functioning for government i.e Planning, Organizing, directive and control. Unfortunately, our government cannot attention on these pillars that why we fail to achieve in our objectives.
It is a big dilemma in Pakistan there is no leader would think to adhere to the right path. In the pandemic situation is worse than day after day. But we cannot get rid-of political chaos. That is the time we should united but no vain. The food chain is disturbed due to lockdown in some cities. All the government machinery is closed due to lockdown. All government employees have been facing difficulty to work due to non-availability of Public Transport. This type of situation reduces the capability of the rulers. Then, how we can care about others i.e poor and who help them?
The government has introduced the voluntary force i.e name “Tiger Force” it is disgusting. It is preposterous step which will takes by the government. The lockdown is very short of time. There is no time to train them. The government should mobilize the teachers and lady health workers for takes the effective step for help the poor’s at their doorstep. All the teachers and lady health workers may utilize for distribution of the cash or essential goods at their area. Even they help to the low paid income (individuals), contingent workers or daily wages employees. Moreover, the Benazir Income Scheme Support Program is available for analysis and collect data even enforce at once.
Pakistan Bait-Ul-Mal is an institution which helps to indicate for poor people. That is the solution for short term planning.
